Projektbeschreibung:
For our customer we are looking for a project portfolio manager to
ensure that all the project portfolios are managed with the appropriate
level of governance. The portfolios cover over 30 different clients and
the forcast spend for 2011 is €30m. The following tasks are wainting for
you:
- Controlling and reporting for all project portfolios.
- Monitoring compliance with project portfolio governance and processes;
in-itiating the necessary steps in cases involving misconduct.
- Monitoring the budget and schedule of regional and Swiss client
portfolios; contacting the project manager and sponsor as well as
client to discuss further steps if needed.
- Helping to compile accurate and complete monthly information on the
entire regional project portfolio for the Executive Board.
- Conducting project reviews.
- Ensure close collaboration with Project Managers, Finance, Demand
Management and Swiss Client office.
Geforderte Kenntnisse:
You fullfill the following requirements:
- Experience in Project Management and/or Controlling
- Strong analytical skills
- Expert in MS Office, especially MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
- Very good German and English skills (oral and writing)
- Strong service oriented behaviour
- Ability to deal and negotiate with senior management and executives
