Projektbeschreibung:
An external network specialist is required to help support the network
team of our customer. You manage all network servers and other network
components including installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Administers permissions for network users
• Ability to support related services such as DHCP, DNS, TCP-IP, FTP,
VNP, etc.
• Maintains contact with vendors for support, incident, and change
management
• Alert and resolve performance issues and advise end users
• Provide availability of services according to the agreed to service
level agreements, including performance analysis and tuning
• Develop, maintain and operate backup, security and risk-management
concepts for the network systems
• Support the management with a proper capacity planning (forecast
pipeline of system growth)
• Support the Chief Architect with new product evaluations, risk
analyses, contributing to an architectural roadmap, etc.
• Contribute to IT projects and drive PoC (Proof of Concept)
implementation and testing against plans
Geforderte Kenntnisse:
You have the following skills and experience:
- proficient experience with Cisco WLC
- general knowledge about VPN, ISA, TMG
- knowledge of Cisco products
- CCNP or higher is preferred, but not an absolute requirement
- fluent in English, good in German language
