Our Customer is building a IaaS platform for VLDB based on Oracle. The underlying infrastructure is base on HP x86 platform. Scope of the project is to build a data hosting platform (DHP) for very large databases (VLDB). Therefore we are looking for an
experienced Oracle engineer who covers topics like DR, infrastructure, storage, backup, cloning, migration. the following tasks are waiting for you:
- work out the detailed DR solution including the blueprint based on a given high level DR solution.
- execute DR Pilot and document testing results,
- Write overall DR process description
Anforderungen:
you have the following skills and experience:
- 5 yrs of experience on the following skillset: Oracle expert, VLDB experience, Oracle 11gR2 base build/Linux (RH6), Dataguard, ASM, RAC
- Good technical writer/documentation skills
- Oracle Systems certification expected
- good german and english language skills
Einsatzort: Zurich
Start: asap
Pensum: 80-100%
Projektdauer: mid july
