For our customer, an international service provider, we are looking for a Workplace Specialist. The main tasks for this role are:

• Technical expert for a global Windows 10 rollout
• Develop and establish a Role and workstyle model (service model) for the different user types e.g. to cross charge the cost to different organisations
   

Requirements:

You bring the proven expert knowledge over 5-10 years in the following domains:

• Design, setup and operation of a Windows 10 Workplace 
• Design, size and setup the Windows 10 management and deployment infrastructure based on Intune and SCCM Config Manager
• Elaborate and define the Microsoft license model
• Support in hardware related questions for Windows fat clients
• Knowledge of and experience with Thin Client Management console
• ITSM process as well as ITIL knowledge
• Knowledge in LINUX operating system
• Familiar with surrounding topics like Active directory, Azure AD, Windows features, Application management, Windows security, Windows upgrade and driver concepts
• very good English knowledge
