Description:
For our customer, an insurance company in Zurich, we are looking for a Test Manager IFRS at the beginning of January 2020. In this senior role, you will act as a Test Manager” of “Business Critical” project called IFRS 9. You will be part of IFRS 9 Leadership team with following key tasks and accountabilities:
- Overall accountable for “TESTING” and “Quality” of IFRS 9 Project and taking full ownership.
- Coordination of all testing activities with relevant teams during every stage of the test process
- Support test cases creation and take full ownership of test coverage completion of the business requirements
- Present overall testing status with relevant testing metrics to senior management (including Local CFO/CIOs)
- Writing key testing related deliverables (i.e. Test Concept, Test Strategy, UAT/Test-report etc)
- Provide testing effort estimation by analysing the project requirements
- Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones and track and manage issues raised during testing
- Ensure that SOX and audit requirements are fully met during Test Management activities
Requirements:
You bring the following Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Test management is mandatory
- ISTQB (Advanced Level) or equivalent certification in Testing area is highly desirable
- Knowledge of SAP FSCM or any other SAP finance system is required
- Office 365, MS Project, MS Office and MS Access
- HPALM or similar test lifecycle management tool is highly desirable
- Ability to customize communication for the various stakeholders
- Understand the overall System and be able to see the connecting points (holistic thinking)
- Having experience in Finance domain is an advantage
- Experience in test automation is nice to have
- Excellent German Communication Skills on all level – both verbal and written is mandatory
