Beschreibung:
We are looking for our customer near Zurich for an SAP Teaining
Specialist. The role is responsible for developing SAP end user training
materials detailing Project functional processes.
Develop clear and
concise SAP end user training materials that adhere to Project
documentation standards. Ensure that all materials reflect agreed
content and are delivered in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.
Responsible for end user training delivery and Go-Live support.
Aligned
to a functional module(s), develop end user training documentation
utilising SAP Productivity Pak (SPP) and Microsoft applications
Adhere
to training development guidelines to create quality training
deliverables which include: Business Presentations, Job Aids, Quick
Reference Guides, Assessments, Exercises, Instructor Guides and
Performance Simulations
Work closely with Project Team and Business Analysts
Lead training content review sessions with Business Analysts and Project Team members
Ask
questions of the content expert and the training specialist as needed,
gathering background and supplemental information as needed
Ensure that deliverable deadlines are met
Provide
status updates on documentation development to Training Lead as
required, communicating concerns or issues when necessary
Update course information with changes in the business processes, obtaining document feedback quickly and efectively
Work with Technical Project Team members to validate training environment and associated data to support exercises as needed
Schedule and perform usability tests to ensure data is fit for end user delivery
Support Train-the-Trainer and User Acceptance Testing with training content as needed
QA other team’s content as required
Conduct Knowledge Transfer to business to support training sustainability
Anforderungen:
- 3 or more years proven track record in SAP training development within
project consulting within one of the following SAP modules:
- Sales and Distribution
- Materials Management (procurement/supply chain management)
- Finance/Controlling
- Experience in training development lifecycle (e.g. content development, review/edit, delivery)
- Experience of working with SAP Productivity Pak and excellent command of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Skills in developing integrated training including simulation and
scripting tools, scenario based training, context sensitive help
- Ability to on-board quickly and prioritise multiple tasks in a demanding work environment is essential
- Operate well in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision required
- Strong organisational communication, collaboration and client relationship skills; detail-oriented
- Experience of working in a global organization, ideally in the mining industry or similar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong IT skills and thorough understanding of technical training delivery methods
- Knowledge of training evaluation techniques
- Fluent in written and spoken English (Russian would be valuable)
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree required preferably in Behavioural Sciences or Computer Science
