Beschreibung:
You will assist the Head Business Management & Development along the following tasks:
- General IM business management tasks (support Head IM, management update, budget and FTE tracking, risk assessment, etc.)
- Participation in cross-functional and cross-divisional projects during all stages, from initial analysis, definition of business cases and business processes, to implementation and monitoring
- Setup IM management cockpit
- Development of business cases
- Drive IM business model by understanding, challenging and optimizing existing processes and the impact of changes in the organization
- In-depth analysis of IM on all business-relevant dimensions (products, locations, profitability, efficiency, segmentation etc.)
- Life Cycle Management of all IM product and busines cases validations
Anforderungen:
Competencies
- Dynamic and motivated personality with drive and willing to quickly learn
- Analytical skills, likes in-depth analysis and can handle required tools such as Excel, MIS, etc.
- Is able to analyze an existing processes, propose improvements and present this (in ppt, orally)
- First experience in Private Banking Industry and project management would be an asset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skill, structured thinking, regularly meeting tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel, Access and PowerPoint applications
- Fluency in English and German
- University degree or other higher education in Business Administration or equivalent
