Beschreibung:
For our customer an international reinsurance, we are looking for an PMO. In this role you will join and support the project delivery team which is delivering all projects and maintaining the project portfolio for Shared Production Services. The role reports to the Head of Project Delivery.
Responsibilities and Activities:
- Supervise, control and manage project processes
- Run and improve portfolio status reporting
- Prepare and keep portfolio documentation up to date
- Create meaningful dashboards suiting the demand of stakeholders and team lead
- Maintain and manage resource planning of Project Delivery staff
- Set-up and run/facilitate fortnightly team meetings
- Prepare board meetings by consolidating information
- Engage with stakeholders, customers, peers and providers in order to maximize value creation and support the project delivery according to quality and timeline expectations
- Stay on top of Project Delivery activities by running task lists
- Enable Head of Project Delivery to focus on the essentials
- Flexibility to support many ad-hoc initiatives which can occur every day
- Responsibility to liaise and communicate at different levels of the organisation, from project manager, client counterparts to technical staff
- Behavioural aspects such as pragmatic personality, interpersonal collaboration skills and a strong 'getting-it-done'-attitude are key for success in this role
Anforderungen:
You bring the following Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience and proven track of record in leading PMO roles (3+ years)
- Project Management skills preferred, but not required
- Experienced with different methodologies and strong understanding of Project Governance and Processes
- Proven experience in liaising with stakeholders at different levels and locations
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail
- Good understanding of basic infrastructure services and technologies is advantageous but not required
- Self-runner and comfortable in a multicultural, global environment
- High energy levels in order to drive things forward
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint (Power user)
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
